Career Counselling

As an introduction, career counselling drew me like a moth to a flame. Before long I was caught and have been ever since 2009. It is the explanation of career callings or how people develop career identities and how they make career choices. This may seem simple but in fact, this is a complex process that is repeated throughout numerous transitions throughout life. This is a blog dedicated to my research interests, publications and projects. I also invite you as the research community, as well as the students that I work with to add your voices and use the information that I have posted. In addition, the Kayamandi community has a space here too, to ask questions and find resources. Welcome all of you!
